Include a reason for server add/removal. The primary list wasn't intended for mass publicity, so don't cite that as a reason. We would rather you used it as a diagnostic tool.
For a new server we need:
- The display address (NOT the IP address, the bot will figure that out dynamically)
- The operating port
- The type of server you want it to be checked as (normal is just an online test, minecraft servers are polled and source servers are queried with UDP packets)
- Your prefered category (minecraft game mode, source game, etc)
